• Represented a syndicate of private investors in the  purchase of security instruments and a high seven figure promissory note from a distressed debt fund
• Represented a local developer in office and industrial leases
• Represented a local developer in the sale of three strategic land parcels to industrial, commercial and hospitality users
• Represented a Tenant in a politically controversial landlord tenant dispute which involved local and regional media attention.
• Represented a group of real estate investors in the sale and exchange of a 58,000 square foot research and development building to a publicly traded entity
• Represented a family in the negotiations to gain access to, re-subdivide and construct a 5,400 sq. ft., 12 acre lakeside retreat
• Represented a group of local investors in the acquisition of three Lake County industrial buildings
• Provided counsel for real estate brokers and developers on Covid-19 issues, employment matters, brokerage law, land use and zoning matters
